Our 25% restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned items as well as repackaging and restocking them. Since we carry made-to-order and specialty products, this fee also helps offset the labor and materials used to prepare each item for shipment. We strive to maintain affordable prices for all our customers, and this policy allows us to continue doing so while managing the costs of returns efficiently.
