Why did I get an email that says my order has been declined?Updated a year ago
If the event date is too close to the delivery date, the manufacturer will decline the order. At that time we will cancel the order and issue a full refund! Generally, our dresses are delivered within 7 business days of shipment (Liable to delays due to weather, international customs, and carrier delays) and will need time for alterations. If your order cannot be fulfilled before your event date please contact a Kennedy Blue Specialist to see what options are available to get a gown in time for your event!
